Diversity and Inclusion

Mo Lee Partners is committed to increasing diversity and inclusion in the partner market.  According to research done by the NALP, only 25% of partners in major U.S. law firms were women or people of color  (https://www.nalp.org/uploads/2020_NALP_Diversity_Report.pdf).  By contrast, women and people of color have consistently comprised greater than 50% of our partner placements over the past decade. 

As a female, minority-owned business, we represent diverse partners within the context of shared experience, language and intention.  We advocate for candidates and collaborate with law firm management to increase the number of underrepresented partners in significant roles in BigLaw.
